Found it very comfortable today . Question for you all . I'm running every other day so am getting through the program a bit faster. Is this OK?

How are your joints feeling? If you are getting pains, I'd pull back.

Hello.

Ive been doing the same as you, every other day. Its working for me and I feel fine doing this.

Im on week 8 run 2 now and fingers crossed will graduate in 4 more runs.

Good luck.

No, that's absolutely fine, as long as you are managing, just don't come on here and say you are running every day......ouch😡

You can... but, listen to your body; as the runs get longer, you may find it suits you to have a couple of days for resting up or some extra core-strength and stamina build up. :)

And, as Hidden says, never miss a rest day :)

If you're feeling ok no problem as long as you take at least one rest day. Listen to your body and don't hesitate to take an extra day or days if your body's saying 'no'.

Well done for making it to W5. Good luck and happy running!

I mostly do every other day and it works for me... I think if all of a sudden it feels way too tiring then listen to your body and give it a rest. But sounds like you're in good shape
