Got my phone sorted no more flight mode happenings fotr me, My grandson showed me how to lock my phone 🙄 that first 5 mins I wanted to stop I was puffing like an old billy goat but plodded on. Come on you can do this, how people manage to have a conversation is beyond me, I just manage the sentence and I'm jogging slow. Laura says if you feel up to it you can up the pace, Up The Pace can I just walk, no come on old girl you've come this far, consider you have never run in 70 years your not doing to bad. Does anyone else chat to themselves in their mind. Anyway here I am thinking how much longer when she say last 60 secs so I put a spurt on and lo and behold Laura says thars it. Thank God says I 😁 I am now lay on the bed with the dog and a coffee sweating buckets.

You must feel so proud of yourself! as to does it get any easier? actually that was our question when doing c25k then one day a few weeks after graduating we ended a run with grins on our faces and both said wow that was good, you can always go slower, let’s face it we can run on the spot….. it’s getting so near graduation for you and then the journey is yours, once you have consolidated if it feels good run a bit longer and if it feels tough cut it a bit short Most of all, have fun and yes I chatter to myself when running
