My story? I started running after my 6th grandchild was born. Had never run. Not even at school! Graduated and swore that was my limit. Please note my badge π You can do this.
Hi Slob37, you may need to change your name in a couple of months π this running thing is strangely addictive. A little tip, if youβre struggling say out loud βI can do thisβ or βIβm really enjoying thisβ. It always puts a spring in my step and gives me a little more oomph. Mind you, Iβm lucky, the place where I run is deserted π
