Completed week 5 last night! Didn't expect it to jump up to 20 min runs so quickly but got through it. Just joined the community, you seem like a friendly bunch. Good luck on your journeys!

Welcome! You will find lots of support on the forum, for days when you have a fantastic run, when we will celebrate it with you, to days when the doubts might creep in (we all have those runs), when you will know you're not alone!

Hello, and welcome to the forum , as mentioned, you will find a lot of support on here !

And well done for completing week 5 !

That 20 minute run is a milestone run and nice to get under your belt !

I was smiling all day after that one 😁

Just be careful with week 6 run 1 and 2 as it can catch people out going back to intervals !

My 20 minute run is tomorrow, so was it just more of the same, where its tiring and a challenge, but fine and you just got on and did it?

I did this a couple of weeks ago. Tiring and a challenge, but there was still something left at the end. It was cooler weather then, though.

To be honest I didn't realise it was a full 20 minutes until half way through when there was no break haha. Had to slow it down a bit at that point but probably done me a favour.
