Welcome Kasmcc. Well done in making this decision. This programme will change your life and if you stick with it you won't regret it. As Steve says, you'll get loads of support and advice here and there will be others starting at the same time so you can support each other.
take your rest days, repeat runs if you need to and very importantly, run very slowly. The slower you run the better as your body gets used to the motion of running.
Post here if you have any questions or concerns. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and we understand! I will warn you though, running can be addictive and you can enjoy it so much you just want to talk about it, post about it and do it as much as possible!
Right time to start.....the better weather will help...just go slow and then even slower!! Come on here and get help and support.even when you have n't run...we all go through ups and downs so will commiserate and congratulate depending what's needed.
