I did it wow I never thought I would get this far. The left knee was really groaning after the session. Did the stretches a bit of a massage and then off to work. It’s still grumbling but it’s ok. Week 4 here I come. Each step up I get a bit hesitant, can I do this, and then I hear you all shouting. Go for it trust the program. So I am here’s to Friday

Did you really hear me shouting that? But we all know that you know you can do it, so enjoy.... Just make sure that knee is ready or take a couple more days rest..

Great stuff Poppdog, just be careful with that knee. An extra rest day won't slow your progress, but might give your knee more time to recover. Good luck!

I would recommend taking two rest days between runs if you have any niggles at all. It won't slow down your progress, and it will make sure you don't suffer any injuries :)

The days rest seems to do it and I have to report today knees are fine no aches or pains. I am making sure that on the rest days the dog walks are taken at a gentle pace and this helps

Try changing that inner (critical) voice: 'I can and I will' is one I use. I have read so much lately on our critical inner voice and the power of changing it to a positive mantra. Enjoy week 4!🏃‍♀️💪
