Hi, I've managed to keep going and pleased that I have got this far - never thought that I would be able to run 3 mins without stopping! Have sneak peeked at later weeks and the huge jump on (is it?) wk 7 when you run for 20 mins or so after the warm up scares me silly! Legs etc doing OK, but breathing seems to be a bit of an issue. It seemed to go right towards the end of my last 3min run today and I'm hoping that was me getting into my stride?! Wondered how others have coped / are coping. TIA for any guidance.

The 20 minutes is the end of week 5 😱😱
By the time you get there you’ll be strong and ready to do it, you just need to go slow, relax, trust the programme and believe in yourself 💪 🏃♂️
Great job so far... you’re ready for week 4.
Breathing control isn’t for me, so now I don’t think about it... and I survived all the runs 😂
I’m about to do the same run as you this evening. I’ve struggled with the last two. I’m not sure if it’s been the breathing or pace but when the app said about the hedge to stop you bouncing, I feel like that helped my stance and breathing. Good luck with week 4! Hopefully will be on the same one as you by tonight 😂
