Week 3 done, I don’t look to see what the next week will bring but I am ready for it!! Took one of the hills by the scruff today 2nd 90 sec run up it instead of turning round and going back on the flat, heart rate shot up and the breathing wasn’t pretty but feel good for doing it

Well done I've just completed w3 R3 too hill one way down hill the other I did the hills yesterday how I don't know. Keep at it

If the breathing is huffing and puffing then slow the pace down. Nice steady pace and baby steps for hills.

In your mind replace the word 'run' with 'slow steady jog'

Too many people think they have to go hell for leather. But that is not sustainable. Just nice and steady and plod along and you will be able to maintain that later in the program when you are faced with the longer runs.
