Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.

Pick up where you left off.

As already suggested, pick up where you left off .I picked up on week 8 run 2 of c25k after 16 days off .

Just take it slowly! 👍

Depends how you feel. I had holidays as week around that time but I continued slowly and found it went well especially because I had a rest
