Not 2.5 or 2.75, but an actual week 3 run 1. And it was fine, apart from half a minute when my left shin started to hurry, but I slowed down and it was fine again. Oh, and an App malfunction, so I restarted it and then I ended up with 2 Laura's, about 30 seconds apart. Now that WAS confusing! π₯΄

That was a good run for grumpyoldgirl, the app malfunction reminds me when I was doing C25K with my friend who has now graduated, he set up run 3 of week 6 twice for some reason or another, there were two Laura's telling us every 5 minutes how the run was going exactly every 5 minutes, very confusing, luckily I noted on my watch which Laura was the correct one, to make sure that didn't happen again, from then on with runs 3 of weeks 8 and 9 including the very important graduation run of week 9 I used my Smartphone for those runs.
Sounds like a similar thing happened there, Al. I was wearing my watch so I was able to check my time, once I realised what was going on, but I did do an extra little run before I twigged!
Week 3! Wonderful! You patient person you! Rally pleased for you. All the very, very best for your onward running journey. It looks from my timeline that I took 6 months to do the 9 weeks of C25k!!
Run 2 of week 1 done yesterday morning. Slightly delayed as I was away with my 2 gorgeous monkey's (aka small boys) for a few days. Plan to do run 3 tomorrow evening π€
