Welcome to the 3rd week of March’s what is your week. In Some places in the UK it actually feels like spring could be on the way. My favourite time of the year for running.

The idea of, "What is your Week" ?

Every week we are going to put up a post, so you can add in a little post underneath, to say what week you are planning to do this week.

Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like):

“Hi Im Ju-Ju and this week, I am doing the dreaded week 5 run 3... help!, any tips guys? ”

We are growing so much at the moment and we wanted to have a little fun post ,so we can see who is on what week of the programme, and hopefully it will help everyone to feel more included on the forum.

Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine; it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.

At the end of the month there will be a Certificate for you to download and keep; just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole month of the program. Another full month of running for you.

If you have just graduated, this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10k forum as well for graduates.

I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of February the names will roll over into another post.

Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.

hi im katy, this morning i completed wk3r1 was a killer, im really kicking myself as i stopped for a few seconds on the last run :( im still very proud of myself though :) any motivational tips would be much appreciated!

Welcome onboard, your name has been added. Well done for getting to week three, if you feel like your going to stop before the end of a run slow yourself right down as much as you can and keep going, it will work wonders for your confidence.

Week 9 for me this week. Did run one on Friday so only two to go. Planning for Tuesday and Thursday before a weekend away. My legs are thanking me today for giving them three days off 😀

Woo-hoo... yesterday I managed a very slow snowy shuffle which was my last run of week 8. this week I begin my last week of the program & hope to complete my final run at my first park run on sat morning. So looking forward it!

Consolidation run 4 tonight. Hope to run 3 times this week. Last week only managed to get out once :(

I started Week 2 today. Feeling good. I was a bit unsure as I'd had a break of 11 days after hurting my back, but it was fine. Slow and steady.

Started Week 8 in the snow on Sunday and completed it in the rain today, after a hard run. Hoping I can cope with Week 9 next week!
