I'm pleased to report that I've finally tackled week 4, and this time I'm managing the 5 minute run sections with no drama. I did run 1 with a friend, and set out for run 2 on my own this morning. I should have gone sooner, but I've had a migraine over the weekend, so I was a bit worried that I'd find it tough - but it was ok, and in fact, I tacked an extra 4 minutes run on the end, so that was 20 minutes of running in total.
Note to self - no more pain au chocolat for you, lady! ๐ฅโ ๏ธโ

Well done. But so sad itโs delicious treat that sets off the migraine. ๐ข Pity it couldnโt be something you donโt much care for anyway. ๐ Just started W5 on my reruns, so I hear you creeping up behind me! ๐๐ผ
Iโm in week 4 too! (Though only did the 1 run so far) Great job! Hope to see you in week 5
Iโve had them for years, usually when Iโm really tired or stressed but luckily I have good meds so I donโt usually suffer too much, but I know exactly how miserable they can be. Hope youโre feeling better now x
Oh dear, migraines are really horrible, but the run went well. You are a week ahead of us on the re run. I remember week 4 being my most difficult but iโve not told my friend that
Oops yes I agree with you, I'm having to be extra careful, I'm not playing fast and loose with the program. Any first timers, don't do what I'm doing! I've been hovering between week 3 and 4 for about a month as I test my foot out.
