Well out at 6 am today slept in due to bank holiday and second run of my knee rehab and thank god for Laura listening to her ensures that I go at the right speeds and it also gives me opportunity to practise the breathing which I think I have nearly mastered. New runners still providing comfort and knee slowly improving on to run 3 back on parade at the normal time as work will be calling
