Moved in December 2020 . Previously was a Couch to 5k graduate.

Started again 10 weeks ago and last week graduated.

Three times a week last run was 5k in 42.22. It will be a time before I get to 5k in 30 mins. (if ever.

Well done.

We recommend that straight after you graduate that you consolidate until full y comfortable at 30 mins/5k BEFORE attempting to work on speed or distance. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Be patient and don't try to run faster on every run and your stamina and endurance will build over time
