Well done on your run today , 28 minutes away from the final week 😁👍I'm sure sure it was your calves burning rather than you valves though 🤣

(Don't you just love predictive text) 😁

Take the last few runs even slower to help stop the burning 👍

😂😂 yeah i know lol thanks for the reply will listen and slow down

Well done, you’ve cracked C25K and soon you’ll graduate. I hope the ‘valves’ are not heart valves but calves! What pace are you running at. I wonder if you need to slow down a bit?

Yeah calves lol well by my watch it’s saying just over 12 pace just feel some times that’s really slow

Just over 12 what? Not that it matters. I didn't bother measuring pace or distance until after I'd completed C25K, as I knew I'd get hung up on the stats.

Really, you don't need to be going faster, or pushing through. Just run at a comfortable pace at which you can carry on a conversation, and make sure you're properly hydrated too.

Wishing you success with completing C25K.

Average pace 12.41, I don’t really look at it just what it says on my watch , I do drink loads thanks for the comment

Sorry, I've not made myself clear Lovescornwall . I was interested in whether you're using imperial or metric units of measurement. I'm in France so my pace is in minutes per kilometre, not minutes per mile. 12:41/mile would be about 7:52/km, so quite a big difference!
