Felt like the time passed really quickly tonight unlike it did on Monday ! Once I got into my rhythm I could have ran for much longer πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

That’s a great thing isn’t it? So now you see Week 9 is within your grasp and that nice sparkly medal has your name on it.

It is ...the thing I’m finding hard to believe is that I can actually run for 28 minutes something I never thought I could do just before Christmas, amazing what you can do when you focus and take back control πŸ˜€

I know its a very self-affirming plan this, all of a sudden you realise you can do things that you thought were out of your grasp. :)
