Thatβs a great thing isnβt it? So now you see Week 9 is within your grasp and that nice sparkly medal has your name on it.

It is ...the thing Iβm finding hard to believe is that I can actually run for 28 minutes something I never thought I could do just before Christmas, amazing what you can do when you focus and take back control π
I know its a very self-affirming plan this, all of a sudden you realise you can do things that you thought were out of your grasp.
Think Iβm going to miss having Michael in my ear with his words of encouragement πππ
It's so great when you get in the zone and feel you could keep on running. We'll be waiting for you at the podium at the end of week 9. Not long now.
