It was a good run. The last 8 minutes were very tough, but I got through it and was able to speed up in the last minute.

Strava said I was much quicker today. I think I did it wrong last time. 😣 It is quite interesting analysing split times for each km. I was slower in km 2+3 today.

I am so glad I stumbled across this website. Everyone is lovely and there is loads of great advice.

I'm on the same run as you and keep contemplating downloading Strava I have a fit bit so have been using that but loads of people talk about Strava

I would recommend giving Strava a go. I don't have a fitbit so I can't compare. The only downside is I need to carry my mobile in my hand while running. When I put my mobile in my running shorts it makes then fall down a bit😣. Well done on getting this far - almost there!!

Well done you... cruise towards that podium... slow and steady is just fine:)

Thank you! I do struggle with keeping a constant pace. It is something to work on in the rest if my running career!

Great job. Don’t get hung up on Strava and its stats... sometimes that’s the road to a&e. It’s ok to look, but during this plan isn’t the time to care. Later you only need to care occasionally about pace, if you want to. Enjoy the next one.

Thanks again for the great advice! Don't worry, I don't care about beating PB's. Strava gives me stats and lets me analyse, which is something I love.
