Week 7 Run 2 - done!

Another run in the bag. After my runs I always think I will add an extra run over the weekend but I’m reminded at the start of my run that it would be too much! Slower pace today but Honey (leaded during the run) quite literally pulls me through. Does running even count if you have a dog 😂

Excited for run 3 (and more importantly, the end of the week!).

Well done.

Too much too soon is one of the commonest phrases used by physios to new runners.

Stick to the plan. It works.
