Today I ran my first 5k since graduating a few weeks ago. I usually run at 9.30 per km. and have been running 30 mins. I ran it in 9.59 mins per km. without stopping. Not very fast I know, but it felt a great achievement for me. I am so proud of myself at 62.πββοΈπββοΈ

Congratulations. Well done. Iβm currently running at 9.30 too and on week 9. Iβd be very happy with that time for a 5k - something to motivate me to keep going and aim further after this week.
