Today was my first proper 5k post graduation. Surprised but happy with the time just over 31 minutes. I used Strava for the distance and the c25k for the time

My aim is to run 3 times per week as per the programme πŸ‘ very happy !

That's fantastic. Are you going to try a park run?

Well done! I graduated last month and am running three times per week still. 5k on Sundays and increasing distances on Tuesday and Thursday (4.5 miles at the moment). I’m training for a half marathon I’ve entered in April (Paddock Wood).

Congratulations! I graduated a couple of weeks and am maintaining 3 runs a week (5K each, and pushing an extra half kilometre for the last one). This week will probably have only 2, though, as I injured my ankle a bit yesterday (nothing serious), and won't run before Saturday. Planning to enter local 5K, 7.5K and 10K runs over time.
