I can't believe that I have actually completed C25k!
During lockdown I decided to venture out and try to run. I am not a natural runner, and in fact I could barely run the length of myself before I started. Along with having COPD/Asthma! Anyhow, I made myself get up extra early (5.30) and jog round the park three times a week. It was definitely hard work, and at week 4 I really thought I wouldn't make it. But I did not want to be defeated. Ok, I haven't made it to 5k yet, but I can now run for 30 mins - it feels amazing to have made it this far, my lungs feel better too!
I would definitely recommend this programme!
