After a 3 week break (work/ kids/ blah) I figured today I needed to get out, even in the rain (which was actually quite nice as it’s still really warm!). Completed week 8 run 3 and although am v red faced and did find it tough I still did it 😊 Think I might repeat week 8 just to build up a bit to week 9 but yay for not leaving it another week!

Well done for getting out today, sometimes things in life get in the way of what we want to do and you'll lose hardly any condition in two weeks of not running, after that loss is gradual.

Do what you feel comfortable and repeat week 8 if you want, just follow the plan and go steady.👍
