Well I managed W9R3 today and ran 4K, but no oneβs counting right?! 60 days after starting Iβm 1.5 stone lighter, my resting pulse rate is down 10 points to 58bpm and Iβm far less stressed. Working in the NHS has been a challenge this year so taking some time for myself has been great and boy, do I feel fabulous today! Thanks for all the support and especially to the admins for your time and patience answering novice questions which Iβm sure youβve seen time and time again. And to all hoping to graduate this monthβ¦.COME ON CLASS OF JULY 21!!! Youβve got this and I look forward to reading your graduation posts. Happy running everyone! πββοΈπββοΈππΌ

Well done on your graduation especially with all the stress you must have been through in work. The 5k in the title is just that, the aim is to run for 30 minutes and you've succeeded.
Thank you (and all in the health service) so much for all you have done and are continuing to do. You all deserve medals π <3
Woooooohoooooo!!!!! Congratulations Dee2609 well done on your final run and graduation πππ»ββοΈπͺπ₯
4km is great and the fact you've lost weight and reduced your resting heart rate and less stressed.
A huge thank you to you for working for the NHS during this awful time.
Hope to see you in consolidation club class of July 21 graduation π¨βπ
Well Done fellow runner Dee2609 - It's good to have some me time now and again. If you haven;t already check out the consolidation club thread for ideas post C25K from strength and flex exercises to the C25K+ speed and stamina podcasts which will all help you improve your running and technique.
Enjoy
You will get to 5k Dee2609 every run is an improvement. π
So pleased for you a great achievement and I agree this has been great for the mind in our current situation and working in the NHS you have certainly had it tough. Nobody is watching your distance just seeing someone happy in their stride, now comes the time to build strength and just enjoy being a runner! ππββοΈπ
