Hi, I guess itβs my turn, I am pleased to be joining all the other June 21 C25k graduates ππΌββοΈ. I finished week 9, run 3 today and am over the moon, this plan really works and I am excited about my running future. Please could I have a badge when youβre able to sort for me please? Hi. I have completed the NHS couch to 5k programme. I was definitely not a runner and repeated week 1 six times before I felt ready to move on: the next few weeks were repeated 3 or 4 times. Partly this was because I wanted to keep the runs enjoyable rather than pushing myself, but from week 5, I felt ready move on weekly. Now enjoying running and feeling far fitter. It really was a great programme and Laura's guidance through the runs was invaluable.
The graduation badge is a virtual little grey smudge next to your name on this forum with the word graduate emblazoned upon it. It is only visible if you log in via a browser, rather than the app.
I finally made it today. Please can I have my graduate badge. Going to treat myself to some new trainers to motivate me to keep going. I donβt post much but have used this forum as fantastic source of advice and inspiration to keep going.
Big well done to you Madwife55 all that hard work paid off you've gone and gotten a badge ( or well as IannodaTruffe says) a little smudge of grey alongside your username π, enjoy new trainer shopping a d remember that gait analysis π€
Whoo-hoo!! it wasnβt fast & it certainly wasnβt pretty but I can run for 30mins!! π please can I have a graduation badge? Thank you for the amazing support π
Hi just completed W9 r3 - this is my second time round the sun but I didn't keep it up last time. I'm hoping that I will do this time as I will have more time to consolidate whilst it's light in the mornings. I am very slow but so pleased to have done it - it's a great programme.
Hello there! So I graduated a little while back at the end of March from running (shuffling!) the NHS C2K app before I found this lovely community Am I still able to get the badge? π Fingers crossed!
Congratulations and welcome. You most certainly can have the badge. It is only a virtual little grey smudge by the side of your name which can only be viewed if you log in to the forum via a browser and not on the app.........but it looks good from here.
I finally completed run 3 of week 9! Could I please request my graduation badge. I intend to keep running as was so inspired by other peopleβs stories and achievements as well as my own achievement .πββοΈπββοΈ
Hello IannodaTruffe. Guess what? I just completed Run3 of Week9! Although youβve been kind enough to reply to an IM, and Iβve found HUGE inspiration in the Health Unlocked app over the past two months, this is my first public post. I am going to let my achievement sink in a little and then I am going to post something profound which I hope will go some way to inspiring others as others have done for me. Please may I have my GRADUATION BADGE?!!! Yippee!! π
Please may I have my graduation badge? I have done 3 x 30 minute runs now but not quite reaching 5k distance yet. Am planning to bridge to 10k using Juju's training plan...
Each time I was going out for a run over the last 10 weeks have simply been a discussion with my lazy side of my brain around getting my trainers on and getting out there. I won some of the battles (enough to complete the challenge) but the war is still ongoing.....A medal would help the general in my brain to win many more battles.
Sounds great, consolidation is where you can really feel all those previous weeks Coming together π
Hello there, this is my first comment and itβs to request my graduate badge. This has been a really rewarding experience and it helped me cope with my mother passing away on May 29th. The funeral was on Friday and I was determined to do this for mum and for me. So thank you for bringing some light in to a very dark time
Ohhh I am so sorry for your loss!!! Big hugs to you, and a special big cheer for completing the C25K programme!!!!!! I am really glad that you have taken this positive step at such a difficult time, you are a true inspiration π
There is your graduate badge, congratulations, and I hope we will see more posts from you because we are all here to support you xxx
