Decent Spotify playlist?

Can anyone recommend a decent playlist on Spotify for a bloke in his late 40's to have on whilst running please?

Ones I find seem to be either a bit too young or slightly too old for me 🤨

Yours hopefully

Sorry can’t recommend Spotify playlists but there are some great playlists on BBC Sounds. They are called Pacesetter and are 2 hours of great tunes from the 80s through to the 00s. The tunes are at a constant beat and all blend into each other so there are no quiet bits between songs. Free and with no adverts - bonus!

I use BBC Sounds a lot as well so will look them up. Cheers

If you search for C25K on Spotify there’s a few playlists - a good mix of old and new 👍🏻

You can, of course make your own spotify playlists. There are several apps dealing with bpm if that is important, so that you can marry your taste with pacey music. But, as an older, rural runner, I love BBC Sounds playlists which are downloadable, reliable and do a good job. Apart from pacesetter, workout anthems is good, also there are various random playlists (happy hour) which are quite pacey and also whole programmes you can download (Sounds of the 70s/Sounds of the 80s/Sounds of the 90s/Craig Charles funk and soul/Ana Matronic) Just take your pick! Lots of variety and they list what's coming up so you can get a feel before you run of what coming up.đź‘Ť

On BBC sounds, my top running choice is Don Letts culture clash. Always has a beat, but laid back, eclectic and minimal chat 🎧

Make your own!! But done good tunes for motivation …. (I’m 48 hopefully same wavelength!)

Breathe Prodigy

Come Together. Primal Scream (10 mins long so a good chunk of a run)

Yemel. Gufus & Sebastian ( bear with it - it’s a grower)

Royal Blood. Figure it out

I didn’t like any of the ones I found online etc so just add to my own as o hear stuff and shuffle !

Let me know! I have more !
