Tomorrow (Thursday) will be my Week 6 Run 3
My first 25 minute run , so what better to have on my playlist then Pink Floyd's 'Echoes'.
For those Floyd fans out there you will know it lasts for 23 minutes and 31 seconds π¬
So, easy ! Go out listen to Floyd , job done ! ππ

My heroes of the hour are Shawaddywaddy ππ. They come on my playlist right on the half way bell, make me smile and give me a boost. I find myself waiting for them to come on, then a big smile crosses my face and I know Iβm on the homeward straight #underthemoonoflove
