After reading so many posts explaining how runs 1 and 2 of week 6 catch you out, I was very worried before running this morning. They’re not wrong by the way, it was such a struggle and I’m kind of looking forward to running with no breaks now!

Well done for completing it!! I’ve just done run 2 Week 6 and that too was a bit of a struggle! My calves were aching at the end of the first 10 minutes but sort of eased a bit on the second one. I did lots of stretches after and think I need to up my water intake as mentioned many times on here. After today’s run, the next one of 25 minutes is looking a bit daunting!!!! We obviously did 20 mins at the end of Week 5 but that seems ages ago now! Does anyone know why it backtracks a bit after that? Is it just to consolidate?
