That was more difficult than running for the full 20 mins. Anyone else find this run hard??

They do, after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 many people find run 1 of week 6 hard because the muscles in their legs got used to the 20 minutes of non stop runs, once you have completed run 2 of week 6 all the runs after that are non stop runs with no interval walks.

Well done for getting through the first one of wk6! found all of wk6 tough, even though I was kind of expecting it to be difficult after advice from people here! Managed it though and I'm sure you will too
Yes a lot of us found it difficult after running 20 minutes non stop on wk5. But just trust the plan . It really works😊
Of the 9 weeks week 6 was the most challenging,,but also the turning point.

I did find it a tough one, I kept telling myself it can’t be as bad as the 20min run the other day but it was a tough run! Xx
Was tough for me too. But run 2 was easier. Now I'm looking forward to run 3!

A lot of people find it tough, I think it is part phycological part physical. You hit the high of W5R3 and then its back to intervals, but stick with it. The plan does work 😀
Yes I did! Just came back from the run. Luckily I knew to expect it just didn’t believe it! Onwards and upwards!
