So 11 weeks ago l struggled to run for 1 minute, taken a little longer 9 weeks but today I did my second 30 minute run. Still only 4K in distance but cannot believe I could graduate at the weekend. Will keep going to get to 5K. Not posted much on here but read the posts most days and they helped spur me on so thank you one and all.

That is incredible!!! To get to 30 minutes is amazing no matter what the distance!!! If I can get to 30 mins at the end I will be overjoyed!

I remember that first minute of running and now 5k is a breeze, don't be bothered if the programme took you longer than 9 weeks or that you haven't made it to 5k yet, very few people achieve this at graduation, I didn't.

Congratulations on getting to week 9 of the plan. I also have taken longer as I repeated weeks 6 and 7, but I'm still super excited to get to graduation. I completed week8 run 2 tonight so a bit further for me to do. Only one left until you graduate well done 😁

Its amazing isn't it. As you said 11 weeks ago i was in a very similar position in that i struggled to run for 90 seconds. Ive just completed my second week of consolidation runs and this morning managed 5.2k.
Its unbelievable what we can achieve in such a short space of time.
