I woke up this morning filled with trepidation, running for 5 minutes, I surely cannot do that......well I have! Went out earlier than normal as the nights are getting dark, so I am now planning my joggles around daylight and work. I struggled for the first 3 minute run, but then kind of got into it. From the start of it I was quite prepared to go back to repeat week 3, as I had a 'bad' run on Saturday....but HURRAY I did it. This forum and my husband (who is jogging along beside me all the way, even though he is struggling to keep his running at my slow pace) really are keeping me motivated. I cannot thank you all enough.

Well done! I find that often following a rotten run, the next one goes well. Onward and upward!
Brilliant-well done!😁my husband also runs besides me but he has been running for years and even though he doesn't say anything I am sure he struggles to go a lot slower than normal-bless him❤️
Well done you, keep on running and posting, it's great to see your progress.
