So I was sat in bed this morning feeling even more nervous than normal about my next run. Read through some of the posts about today's run and managed to leave the house thinking that I might actually be able to do it. Yes I was slow, but I don't care at the moment because now I actually believe I will make it to the end! Huge thanks to all of you who post on here - it is making such a difference to me. Bring on week 6!

Its amazing what the body can do when you dont listen to your mind !
So you are now past the half way point. Just keep it nice and slow and take the rest days and on to week 6.
