I did it!!

β€’8 Replies

Feeling proud of myself as I completed my final run of week 9 last Sunday!! I am 67 and have recovered from breast cancer which was diagnosed 2 years ago. I think this is a great app with the process that builds you up gradually to the 30 minute run!! I feel so much healthier since running - which I had not partaken in for 20 years!! I have recommended C25K to all my family and friends!! One question - how do I obtain my little graduate badge please? Am I entitled to one now? Not good at tech and may have missed how you do this. Thanks for help. Keeeeep running!!

Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

This guide to post C25k running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

The usual route to get your badge is to leave a message in the current month's Graduation Badge post which is always in the Pinned Posts but as I am awarding them this month............just a mo, there you go..........it looks great.

Keep running, keep smiling.

I see you've got your badge now. It suits you! As a fellow survivor, I'd like to add an extra Whoop Whoop!πŸ’ͺπŸŽ‰Everything is so tiring following treatment, so I know it must have taken a lot of determination to get this far. Bloomin well done!
