Thank you so much! I knew your words of encouragement would be the last step in getting me out the door!! Not fast, not far, not pretty.... but wk1 run1 completed again with an even better sense of accomplishment than the first!

Feel like I'm over my last hurdle to finally feeling myself.

Thank you x Felt quite tired and a little achy in my chest today but it's not put me off. Going to do run 2 tomorrow and keep it slow and steady
