Ooh it's a bit of a doozie isn't it!! Very warm this morning here too - outside thermometer says 18.9C already πŸ₯΅ Mentally that was a big challenge, but physically I was ok - I am truly trusting the process πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸΌ Here's to r2 πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ

Have you looked at it or are you treating it as a surprise?! I won't give anything away but it does up the total running time. On paper it looks like a bit of a jump from week 3 but actually I managed it fine, so as I said, we need to trust the process and go for it! Good luck & enjoy! 🌟

Thankyou it was hard wanted to stop on the 5 minute runs but kept going, legs were hurting lol, same for me rest day today

Yes, definitely a challenge, but now we know we can do it 😊 I find sometimes it's my legs that complain and other times it's my breathing. This program has made me slow down a lot
