Again not a lot to say. I have stayed with 35 min runs three times per week. I just do it and it feels like a good length of time still. I have set the day for running 5k for EGFR lung cancer . My friend, her dog and I will run round the park and friends and my Mum and Dad will watch which feels lovely. Wishing you good running

Just looked at your page, I bet this has done you the world of good such an emotional time absolutely fantastic effort ❤️
Oh thanks for looking wavy-chick28. Yes I have had a sense of “moving forward with the loss”. Which hospice are you running for?
Greenwich and Bexley Community hospice, 100 miles for the month of May. So far 114 miles !! I have done the colour run with them before but never actually ‘ran’ just run gasp walk! But decided it was time to take the plunge into the C25k and pleased I have managed it and surprisingly enjoy it.

I used to run this time regularly before I got sick which has been an annoyance but no time like a pandemic to try to get back there again. I agree for me it is a nice distance too.
Hey a misfit, I will follow you and see how you get on. Best of luck
