Week 4 seems a huge step up from week 3 ...

But I did it !!!!

W4R1 complete and I managed just fine !

Strange to think that at week1 I thought I might cough up a lung after my first run !

My pace has gone from almost 10 mins/km to 8.07 and I’ve had to extend my route distance so that I’m out for long enough rather than finishing about 5 mins from home and having to walk the extra home !

I’m in an awesome mood

Great stuff. Don’t worry about pace... just run comfortably. W1R1 was the biggest step up you’ll ever do... don’t fear any other!

Enjoy run 2.

Oh I’m certainly not aiming to make my pace better at all, it’s just naturally going that way as I run more and walk less ! I see more progress in the fact I no longer feel like I may die when I get home 😂
