Well I did it week 4 completed on to week 5 on Wednesday. Can't say it was the easiest week ever and didn't help when the app stopped 4 secs in to my first 5 minute run and I didn't realise until about 2 mins in might have been longer!! Just kept going though - even though it was slower than a snail! I still think I walk quicker than I run!!! Am nervous for week 5 and especially the third run just hope I've got enough fuel in the tank. Good luck to everyone this week and if I can do it honestly anyone can!!! π
