Never did i think I'd do the whole program at first attempt, but despite a blip (covid jab) I've done it! It feels great, I feel great and Sarah Millican is having a well deserved lie down! π€£
I'm still slow but my new target will be to keep going and gradually get to do a full 5k.
It's been great reading all the support tips and encouragement. π
