At 3am I was wide awake worrying about running for 20 minutes, convinced - in that 3am way - that I’d never do it and it was only a fluke that I’d managed to get this far. I left the house full of trepidation. As usual, I struggled to find my rhythm but once I did I just kept going. Woo hoo! Thanks for all the encouragement and inspiring stories. I’m beginning to think I may actually be able to run.
Woo hoo! W5R3 done: At 3am I was wide awake... - Couch to 5K
Woo hoo! W5R3 done
we all knew you could do it
well done! you're over half way there now too !
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊
That was a run that kept me from sleeping the night before, I also didn't get much sleep either, I was even more nervous about that run than my graduation run, however, once I ran it I was very pleased with myself. 😊 🏃
Yey, well done! The dreaded w5r3...kept me awake at the time too...and I had more than one attempt at it because I just did not believe it was possible...you just have to believe in yourself and you can achieve many things...great stuff!
We're a weird lot aren't we? Doing something that we don't have to, that keeps us awake at night fretting - but we still keep doing it, and feeling really pleased with ourselves. That suggests that the rewards are pretty high and that there is something slightly addictive about the whole thing.
Of course you can run , you just did 20 minutes non stop that's amazing. Good luck 😊
👏👏👏
Congratulations and well done to you, Puppy-love. Onwards and upwards. 👏🏻🏃🏼♀️
Yippee... I did this run too today.... Go us 🙌🙌🙌
