I have done it!!! I truly cannot believe I’ve just completed the couch25k!! This group is so motivational, your support, advice and positivity is fantastic!! Thank you so much.🤗 It’s an amazing programme and I will highly recommend it to my family and friends.

I’m unsure of the next stage of my journey so I will be looking on this community for advice please.
