Thank you so much! I think I’m going to keep to the 30mins 3 times a week and try and build my distance... I think... do you have any advice on what I should do now?

Well I'm only 1 run ahead of you so probably the wrong person to give advice. But I've noticed that people sometimes lose excitement once they've completed C25K. So my advice would be to make quite a specific plan that involves a couple of runs you *really* want to do e.g. mine are running from Bispham to Starr Gate (the Blackpool Tram route) and then running around the Great Orme. These are big challenges from where I am now and are very exciting for me. But first I have to do a lot of consolidation as my tendons aren't keeping up with my muscles and so are beginning to complain.

I'm quite a solitary runner but other people have chosen this time to join a running club or find a running buddy. Or maybe start researching races and start gaining some bling and/or raising money for charity.

But for now, take some time to enjoy your new hard-earned skill, no matter what you choose to do with it later.
