Beautiful sunny morning and a quick pace ended my fantastic C25K journey! So pleased that I managed over 5K in this run, it’s the fastest pace I’ve ever managed.

I have genuinely enjoyed this programme and am so amazed at how well it works. Best of luck to everyone still going!
