I really didn’t think it was possible, my first weeks felt so hard despite only running for 5 min at a time. Now I’m running for longer but the intensity is the same but I know I can do. I feel more confident. I cant believe that I only have three more weeks to go. My legs are much more stronger than when I started.thank you everyone for the support and ❤️
