Ok, that title makes no sense but I Have done:

W1D1 , 3 -1min runs (with slow walk spots and pauses)

then I tried again to technically W1D2 ran 7 -1min sessions (with slow walk spots and pauses)

AND TODAY.... I did W1D3 and ran all 8 - 1 min sessions (with slow walk spots and pauses).

So really I haven't conquered a W1D1 but the good news is I will.. !!!

Just figuring out if I have aches or pains (think it's mostly aches) feel ok after the run / walk.

At my current progress as the title says I'll be doing W5D1 in about 3 months chronological time...LOL.!!

I am having fun though :)

58yrs young,

5'8",

160lbs,

kinda , sorta run a bit across the room now,

Don't worry how long it takes you, c25k in 9 weeks is a big ask for some people just take your time and don't move on to your next run until you've fully completed the previous run good luck
