Super proud of myself as I just finished run 1 of week 6 - I have a bmi of 37 so this has been hard but I’ve been persevering and I can’t believe I’ve got this far.

Great job. BMI is a number... your fitness is measured in other (hidden) numbers and it’s absolutely evident that it’s rising sharply. Have fun with run 2 and you got this.
