Completed C25K early this morning and like Victoria Wood said “hit me on the bottom with a Woman’s Weekly” It’s a great feeling and a high I haven’t experienced in some time. I’ve enjoyed reading the posts and support in here and would like to hang around as it’s a lovely environment. I started on 28th January and had a week off for snow and ice and 5 days off for a small back issue. Next step keep running 30 mins for the next three weeks. I know I’m just another one to add to the list who has completed c25k but I can’t thank you guys enough. Vimto time . THANK YOU.
