So I got to week 8 which I am pretty proud of since I was having radiotherapy in March but I seem to have hit a wall & whilst I made the 25 minutes in week 7 I have only managed the 28 minutes in week 8 - once & that was hard. I will try & keep going until I have completed this 3 consecutive times. Fingers crossed.

Hey Runmash, well done for reaching week 8, I wish you all the best with c25k and the radiotherapy. Do keep us updated of your runs so we can celebrate your successes with you. I completed W7R2 this evening and cannot believe W8 is just around the corner! Eek!

Slow, slow then slow some more. Embrace your inner snail 🐌 . It matters not a jot if your running pace is slower than you can walk.

Doesn’t have to be three *consecutive* runs: if you don’t complete a run you just do that run again, you don’t go back to the start of the week.
Couple of extra rest days, slower pace, you’ll be fine.

Just slow down take your time and you know about drinking lots of water you can do this 😊😊😊
