Can't believe I've just run for 25 minutes without stopping! This is my second attempt at C25K. Last year I got to the first run of W6, then a niggling ankle pain got the better of me and I got out of the habit. But I was determined to get running again, this time doing dynamic warm ups and after run stretches! So far, injury-free and loving it! 😊

Sounds like you've got this running malarkey sortedπŸ‘Œ, those dynamic stretches are so vital to starting a run, warmed up muscles are happy muscles good luck and keep on enjoying it

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.

Well done fellow runner. Stretching was never my strong point. I was made to start stretching properly. Its a work out on its on 😁 keep up the good work, slow and steady
