The thing with week 5 is not to let run 3 get into your head !It's actually 1 minute less of a training session than run 2 and if you keep it nice and slow you'll be fine 👍
Yes I know I enjoy a challenge and hopefully this cool weather will persist. I am looking forward to building myself back up so that I can do my own thing.I hadn’t run for so long(10yr)I had lost the belief I could do it.
