Wk 4 smashed - bring on Wk 5

Chuffed to bits that I put those doubting gremlins to one side and by D3 was feeling epic. I had real fears about Wk 5, but now I say bring it on 12 running sessions down and 15 to go and beyond, I am getting my mortar board ordered :D

Fab news! Go girl, I am right behind you..... Literally just got out the shower having done w4r3.... I even managed to sort of sprint the last 100m! Happy, happy, happy !

Well done LadyP, such a good feeling isn't it. I stepped it up from Wk4D1 cause I knew that I could do it, good luck with your next run (which we know we can do as it is the same as this wk) and see you at the finish post for graduation Mine should be about the 18th Oct as I run Mon, Thurs and Sat, then sky's the limit

Really feeling positive at the moment so hope that encourages others that are on the not run since school and in the older , heavier bracket, and want to see graduate next to there name like you have ... bet that was a fab feeling :)
